Shipping

WTB Collections generally processes in-stock collectible orders within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order apparel and lifestyle products may require additional production time before shipment. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and can vary by carrier and destination.

Higher-value collectibles are packed with additional protection and may ship with tracking, insurance, or signature confirmation when appropriate.

Returns

For sealed collectible products, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and the product must remain unopened, sealed, and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Items that have been opened, altered, damaged after delivery, or removed from original sealed packaging are not eligible for a discretionary return.

Signed memorabilia, vintage items, and one-of-one collectibles are sold based on the photographs and condition disclosures in the listing. If an item arrives damaged or materially differs from the listing, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Unless the return is due to our error or qualifying shipping damage, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
